Tempo Changes plugin improvement. I've created a version of the Tempo Change plugin that gives some new power, so to speak (the changes are very small). The extant plugin provides a linear staging of the tempo difference, let's call that x, which varies from 0 to 1 over the interval (then multiplied by the tempo difference).
