Some motherboards might not put out the full 1A, in which case the cpu_fan header maximum might differ 2-3 watts, so a range of 10-15w. More than enough to cover the pump and/or fans. My Kraken Z73 was working for a couple months like it should. All of a sudden it stopped showing up in the CAM software. After trying everything I downloaded "Driver Identifier" to find and update missing drivers that windows could not update by itself. After the driver updates everything works the way it should again.

Until today the bug has not been fixed. CAM version 3.7.8 works correctly. I do not recommend buying controllers from NZXT, their software is a real tragedy. Customer support advises only reinstalling the software, which does ..., I installed a NZXT Kraken x73 RGB with Aer RGB 2 fans, I'm pretty sure I daisy chained them correctly. They all light up as the default white color, but when I try to go into NZXT Cam, the AER 2 Fans don't show up.
