Frenzied ice troll runts are a variant of ice troll runt found exclusively on the western side of the Ice Troll Caves, in the Fremennik Isles north of Jatizso and Neitiznot. They are primarily fought during The Fremennik Isles quest, in the joint assault by the islanders, and do not drop any loot.
