I was originally going to title this: A Day in the Life of a Patent Examiner… but it’s really just certain ones or certain groups that seem to have a very low allowance rate. This sub has devolved to purely memes by patent lawyers complaining about their job. At least the memes are novel and involve an inventive step.

The salary range is $112k-$225k depending on experience. Since you don’t really have prosecution side experience, I’d expect a starting salary closer to the lower end.
